The problem we reference is not rooted in some massive, overriding, international conspiratorial cartel. The problem originates at the lowest and most mundane levels of jurisprudence. Local authority is is such disarray it is unable to protect us frm itself, much les some outside intruding corruption. The solution is clear and simpleand we all know precisely what it is. We know but avoid the uncomfortable truth at great cost. The solution is clear as we are, after all, a republic. You and I know that, we have known it all along. We have known all along the the ultimate authority and the final check to the abuse of power lies firmly in our hands. We know we are the real power yet, we fear the consequences of our own sovereignty more than we fear the demon of corruption that hounds us.

We at Rule of Law Radio are here to assure you things are not as bad as most would have you believe. Those trapped in the corrupt system, for the most part, realize things stink to high heaven, but feel powerless to do anything to change it and they are mostly correct. It is unreasonable to expect the problem to repair itself. The solution to this particular problem lies outside the system. The fix was carefully crafted into the law by our founders and it is as elegant as it is simple and so obvious we all know exactly what it is. You are the solution and I am the solution. We are the sovereigns and it has always been our place to police the governmental instruments we created.

It is well established that if a person violates one of the criminal laws of the commonwealth, while in the commonwealth, that person shall be held to answer for the violation. What fails to occur to most is that this stipulation of criminal culpability applies to all, including public officials. Public officials, whatever they may want you to believe, are in no way exempt. The only immunity public officials enjoy from criminal prosecution are those immunities they have illegally carved out for themselves.

The solution follows directly from the source of the problem. The problem exists solely because judges refuse to enforce law against other public officials. Knowing this, officials tend to do as they please with relative impunity. The solution is therefore simple, move against the judges who illegally refuse to allow prosecution of fellow officials and that is precisely what is at the heart of our approach. Pursue prosecution against the judge for failing to hold pubic officials accountable and the problem will simply go away.
